How to Start Using Dukatools
Follow these simple steps to digitize your shop in minutes.
Visit our website and click "Get Started". Enter your business name, location, and phone number. Create your secure password to protect your data.
Go to the Inventory section. Click "Add Product" and enter the name, buying price, selling price, and current quantity. This sets up your stock.
When a customer comes, use the POS tab. Select the product, choose payment method (Cash/M-Pesa), and complete the sale. Stock is updated automatically!
Record expenses like rent and salaries. Check your Reports to see your daily sales and true profit. Use this data to grow your business.
